Chef Melba's, we use the freshest of ingredients to create
your meals, and our menu changes with the seasons.
As
such there may be slight differences between what is posted
on this website and what is available on the day you dine
with us, and we may add daily specials if we see the perfect
ingredients at the local farmer's market. This menu has been
put together with the goal of healthy life and healthy living
in mind; to that end, Chef Melba uses organic, natural products,
and wild seafood to the greatest extent possible.
You may bring your own wine for a modest corkage fee.
